The Measure of Professionalism

This course will help identify common themes and articles of the Code and Canons of Ethics. Strive to be informed on issues affecting real estate, identify and take steps to eliminate bad business practices in protecting the public. Get knowledge on the enforcement process and learn the possible disciplinary actions.

2) Dollars & Sense:
Financing and RESPA
Introducer: Chris Reese
Instructor: Melanie McLane

Learn the different types of residential financing available today and to financially qualify a buyer for a variety of loan programs. Most important, be able to evaluate different loan programs with a consumer. Also recognize the changes to RESPA and learn how to explain the documents to clients.
