It's our 100th Anniversary! Be sure to make Ohio a major stop on your 2010 Expo circuit by planning now to take part in the Ohio Association of REALTORS' 100th Annual Convention and Expo, September 12-15, 2010 in Cincinnati. To celebrate our 100 years, we are offering a chance for a FREE booth rental. The first 40 exhibitors to register will receive one chance to win; the first 20 of the 40 registered will receive 2 chances. There will also be a chance for all exhibitors who register to win half off a booth for the 2011 expo. Additionally, all exhibitors will receive their first three "Expo Only" Booth Representatives for free.

Don't miss the chance to display your products and services to Ohio's top real estate decision makers. As an exhibitor, you'll benefit throughout the three days of open exposition hours with an Opening Reception and plenty of leisure time scheduled for REALTORS to browse the displays.

This portion of our site will provide you with all the information you will need to select your exhibit space and secure housing for you and/or your representatives. Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis with no price difference for the booth you select. Firm names of booths confirmed prior to Aug. 7, are listed in the Convention program issued to all attendees. We urge you to make your selection as soon as possible; however, all contracts must be received by Aug. 31, 2010.

Soon after we receive your exhibit application, we will confirm your booth space and forward equipment details from George Fern, Co., the official show decorator. In July, a copy of the OHIO REALTOR newspaper including the Convention schedule of events and registration information will be sent to you.

Let me add that the advertising staff of the OHIO REALTOR, OAR's member newspaper, is offering 10 to 20 percent discounts to exhibitors who advertise any month before the Convention. It's a great way to ensure steady traffic to your booth by promoting your appearance in advance--in fact, it might mean the difference between a good show and a GREAT one. Place a half-page or larger ad and receive 20 percent off; place a smaller sized ad and take 10 percent off the rate card price.
