Be sure to make Ohio a major stop on your 2011 Expo circuit by planning now to take part in the Ohio Association of REALTORS' 101st Annual Convention and Expo, Sept. 11-12, 2011 in Columbus.

Don't miss the chance to display your products and services to Ohio's top real estate decision makers. As an exhibitor, you'll benefit throughout the two full days of open exposition hours with a Red, White and Blue Reception at the end of REALTOR continuing education classes the first day.

NEW AND EXCITING THIS YEAR!...OAR's EXPO will be in the newly-renovated Battelle Grand! Located conveniently next to the Hyatt Regency's Third Floor Ballroom, the Battelle Grand Hall just received a 32.5 million-dollar facelift. The fabulous Hall features dropped metal panels on the ceiling that hold thousands of LED lights capable of displaying 65,000 color combinations.

Also, note the hours are confined to two days instead of three with little decrease in show hours--thus, saving the expense of a hotel room night!

The following materials will provide you with all the information you will need to select your exhibit space and secure housing for you and/or your representatives. Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Firm names of booths confirmed prior to Aug. 8 are listed in the Convention program issued to all attendees. We urge you to make your selection as soon as possible; however, all contracts must be received by Aug. 31, 2011.

Soon after we receive your exhibit application, we will confirm your booth space and forward equipment details from George Fern, Co., the official show decorator. In July, a copy of the OHIO REALTOR newspaper including the Convention schedule of events and registration information will be sent to you.

Let me add that advertising in the OHIO REALTOR, OAR's member newspaper, is a great way to ensure steady traffic to your booth by promoting your appearance in advance - in fact; it might mean the difference between a good show and a GREAT one.
