President's Sales Club Award
The President's Sales Club recognizes outstanding achievement in the real estate industry. (See lising of 2010 applicants.)
This year PSC applicants can apply as an individual or as a team. DEADLINE: ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE POSTMARKED BY SATURDAY, JULY 31.
Follow these guidelines to apply:
- Select the appropriate COVER SHEET and enter your information. Be sure to print the COVER SHEET before closing the document.
- Select the appropriate TRANSACTION FORM based on the number of transactions you (or your team) wants to document. Be sure to print the TRANSACTION FORM before closing the document.
- Staple the COVER SHEET on top of the TRANSACTION FORM before mailing into OAR.
NOTE: You must have the full version of Adobe Acrobat ($400) to SAVE your forms/information. Adobe Reader will allow you to complete and print the form, but not save.

This program allows Local Boards/Associations to submit its local REALTOR of the Year into OAR's contest. Only one nominee may be submitted for consideration. See ROTY rules SUBMISSION DEADLINE is June 1, 2010

Distinguished Service Award
This award is presented to individuals who have been actively involved in the three levels of the REALTOR organization for 25 years or more. The following criteria applies:
The following basic criteria will apply to members who are nominated for the OAR Distinguished Service Award:
1. The nominee must have attained the age of 60.
2. The nominee must have a minimum aggregate total of 25 years as a licensed Ohio real estate agent/broker.
3. The nominee has contributed 25 years of voluntary service, including leadership positions in local, state and national association and/or the Institutes, Societies and Councils. Further, nominees must be active in all levels of the Association at the time of submitting an application.
4. The nominee has not served as president of the Ohio Association of REALTORS; or is not an executive officer or local or state staff member.
This application can be filled out online, but must be printed and signed by the Board/Association or Institute, Society or Council president and mailed and/or faxed into OAR.
OAR Certificate of Merit Award
This award recognizes a Local Board that has participated in a community service or housing needs program during the time period from September 2009 to September 2010. It can be completed online.
Excellence in Community Service Award
This award recognizes an individual REALTOR (at the Board's discretion more than one person may be nominated if all were involved in the same project) who has demonstrated outstanding participation at the Local Board/Association level in planning or implementing a community service or housing needs project. It can be completed online, but must be signed by the EO or Board President and mailed and/or faxed into OAR.
REALTOR Promotion and Advertising Contest
OAR's REALTOR Promotion & Advertising Contest seeks to encourage individual REALTOR members to submit materials, as well as firms. REALTOR members/firms may enter any one or more of the contest's 21 award categories are are judged during OAR's Annual Convention & Expo. 2009 Winners. See rules and regulations.
